Run - 0.4 hours - 03/31/2008
Got motivated tonight, was very sore but I did a stretch and went for a jog. Thought that would loosen me up. At present time very sore!!! Tomorrow is swimming. Called the race people today but have not got a response. Spirits are high, just got to get past the pain.

The sprint
Thanks to the help of fellow 365ers I have been able to locate a race, I still need to see if they will allow a mountain bike(I will call on that on Monday), the race will be July 4. If they do allow mountain bikes I will pay my money to help keep me motivated. I am just starting out so the motivation is hard to muster, it seems that I have to trick my self into doing an activity. I am sure that once I get in better shape the I will look forward to working out..Down to Three months..tick..tick
